Essential but remarkable design

Modì is a luminaire with essential aesthetics that reinterprets that design of memory of traditional skirt lamps. It is the evolution of the Vieste luminaire, since it is combined with a slender neck that is attached to the pole. Modì lends itself not only to those contexts of historicalarchitectural value, or to squares and city centres, but also to large pedestrian areas mounted on artistic poles with multiple arms.

MATERIALS

The mono-material lighting body is made from batch-dyed virgin polyethylene and recovered polyethylene, a material immune to corrosion by atmospheric agents and pollutants, and resistant to UV rays and tractions. The recovered polyethylene can derive from post-process polyethylene (concentration of at least 70% of polyethylene from clean and industrial waste) or from post-consumer plastics (concentration of at least 50% of polyethylene deriving from separate household waste collection).
